“Working with Simon has been and continues to be fantastic. When we started we had a call to discuss my goals, what my average week looks like, and anything that has hampered my training before. As a busy self-employed dad, I have to rely on certain slots for my training. I was worried that last-minute changes in my plans would mean I missed big blocks but Simon creates my sessions so that they can be shifted around with indoor and outdoor alternatives. A quick note in training peaks and my sessions are re-arranged. Even when I have been poorly, Simon is quick to restructure my sessions.
The best way I have to describe working together has been building sustainable fitness. Every session feeds into the next with coaching based around completing week after week of sessions, not getting burned out.
Simon is genuine, education-driven, and wants the best for his athletes. Always an encouraging word and looks at how to get the best out of every session. Nothing is ever a problem.
