MATT

Matt came to Velo Performance after he downloaded a plan. Looking at his training he has been very consistent. Here's a few things he had to say when I asked him for feedback about his training so far.

1. What do you like most about the training plan at VPCC?

I like the structure and the fact most sessions are around 1 hour long which, with a busy life makes it practical to achieve

2. What are the benefits/results you've experienced as a result of having a VPCC training plan?

I'm definitely starting to feel that my legs are stronger thanks to a combination of weights and bike sessions.

3. If you were to recommend VPCC to other cyclists, what would you say? and why?

Simon is very supportive and its easy to ask questions in the member's Facebook group. He's always happy to share insight into training and diet. Whats surprised me the most is the friendly sense of community in the VPCC members group.
