JODY
Decision fatigue and being time-poor were my initial reasons for approaching Simon, I don’t lack the motivation to train, but being a PT, I found it tiresome organising my own training as well as all my clients.
Simon started coaching me back in January 2021, and more than 2½ years later he’s still my coach – need I say more? During this time, I’ve had a knee operation and continuous knee problems, resulting in a change of direction from triathlon to cycling. Simon’s depth of knowledge and experience has guided me through these journeys, giving me the confidence to be the best athlete I can be.
I love the club-style community he’s created with his clients, and he continually feeds us all with new and interesting evidence-based, quality, research on nutrition and training which I love to soak up!
Apart from all this, I’ve also made amazing progress knocking around 18mins off my IM70.3 time, and building nicely on my cycle strength month on month which have got me in the best shape of my life cycling slaying the Dragon ride in Wales cycling 296km with over 4000 meters of elevation in 11 hours and 54 minutes and the 5th women over the line.
