Before I started with VPCC I found it difficult to find the right balance of training, I didn't know anything about recovery, I didn't know how hard I should be pushing and I ended up injured and with a total loss of confidence.

I like that the training plan is structured for me and there are turbo trainer sessions if I cant get out on the bike due to weather or time.

The nutrition side of things is super helpful. I didn't know how much protein or carbs I needed to eat and I like the nutrition focus in the Facebook group. I know this has helped me massively with my energy and recovery.

Since joining VPCC I've managed to cycle my first 100-mile ride and my first sportive. I've been consistent on the bike and put in more miles than ever before.

It's the best money I've spent. I've achieved more in the short time I've been a member than I managed on my own over 4 years.

The support is amazing. If you get stuck with anything then you can ask questions in the Facebook group and get answers quickly and the members are really helpful.

I didn't ever think I could cycle 100 miles but with the right training and support, I managed it within 6 months of joining VPCC.

I like the way the coach keeps us focused in the Facebook group and the monthly check-in calls help me stay focused

VPCC has given me a lot of confidence that I lost over the years and I feel a lot happier in myself.
