As a dedicated amateur rider who had participated in numerous sportives and followed structured training, I needed a change of coach and a shift in perspective to elevate my cycling performance.

In order to achieve the best results, Simon pays attention to your goals, offers a personalised service, and—most importantly—understands how to combine strength training, food, and cycling and fit it into a busy life.

Simon's similar age, strength and speed on the bike, and evident knowledge and understanding of nutrition and experience on a bike impressed me.

The coaching has given me a far better grasp of food, training periodization, and gym training than I had previously. The outcomes are higher FTP numbers, a better relationship and understanding of food and faster riding with my friends!

I've never experienced the additional guidance and assistance in a Facebook group like the one at Velo Performance it's friendly and insightful, plus I truly value the regular feedback in Training Peaks, which keeps me motivated and focused.
